The App is provided for informational and personal use only. You agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

The App provides information about parks, campgrounds, campsites, photos, videos, posts, and other content from public resources and user submissions.
We do not guarantee:

Current campsite, park, booking, road, weather, or safety conditions
You should verify all information through official sources before making travel, booking, or safety decisions.
3. User Content
You may be able to upload or create content such as campsite photos, videos, captions, forum posts, comments, profile information, and messages.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, private, or otherwise inappropriate.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and share the content you submit.
4. Community Features
The App may include community features such as friend requests, follows, messaging, comments, likes, notifications, reports, and public profiles.
You agree to use these features respectfully and not to harass, spam, impersonate, or misuse other users.
5. Moderation and Reports
We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts if we believe they violate these Terms, create risk, or harm the community.
Reports submitted through the App may be reviewed by admins or moderators.
6. No Affiliation
This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Ontario Parks or any government entity.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

User-generated content

Any damages resulting from use of the App
•
Travel, booking, camping, or safety decisions made based on the App
Use the App at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may use or link to third-party services, including maps, authentication, backend hosting, video platforms, affiliate links, and payment providers.
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or transactions.
9. Supporter Contributions
The App may offer optional supporter contributions or badges. Unless otherwise stated, supporter contributions are voluntary and do not guarantee special access, moderation priority, or permanent availability of features.
If payments are enabled, payment processing may be handled by Apple, Google, or another payment provider under their own terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and design within the App are owned by us unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
You keep ownership of content you submit. By uploading or submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and featuring the App and its services.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account from the App settings if this feature is available. Account deletion may remove or anonymize account data, but some content may remain where required for safety, moderation, backups, legal compliance, or community continuity.
12. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
